Islamic Research Complex: Developing a comprehensive electronic program for the scholarship system in Al -Azhar

The Islamic Research Academy announced the completion of the electronic program of the scholarship system, which works to preserve the data of the envoys and modernize them and archive their complete files electronically, within the framework of the directives of the Grand Imam Dr. Ahmed Al -Tayeb Sheikh Al -Azhar to develop the work in these two important sectors in order to achieve the role of Al -Azhar and its mission in this regard, and under the supervision of Al -Azhar Undersecretary Dr. Muhammad Al -Dawini.

Dr. Muhammad Al -Jundi, Secretary -General of the Islamic Research Academy, said that this program comes within the complex’s plan to mechanize the work of its various departments and benefit as much as possible from technology in preserving data and facilitating its summons and good investment.

The Secretary -General added that the electronic program that began to work with the administrations of expatriates and envoys can provide accounts to follow up and register the data of the envoys within each country, and that the program provides full statistics for the envoys and distributed them to countries and continents and their specializations and work parties, and providing the necessary statistics by distributing envoys to specialists within the administration.
The Secretary -General explained that the program supports – also – providing models for envoys from explaining the case of each external envoy and discourse, the consulate, work permits and return declarations, letters of financial affairs and job affairs, flying to travel and other things related to this important system, as it allows the possibility of making the necessary updates for what requires work to develop and enter the Egypt digital system 2030 and deal at a distance to achieve For transparency and the speed of achievement for tasks related to the scholarship system in Al -Azhar, in a manner that achieves the vision of the Egyptian state and its role outside Egypt.
