Veiled Girls from Indonesia offers an offer in Japan

The Indonesian “Haifi Mittal”, which is fully composed of women, wore the hijab with great admiration from the audience at its first presentation ever in Japan.

The “Voice of Passpreot”, consisting of three girls, was established in 2014 in the West Java region. They are famous for their music that challenges religious and sexual norms. Their songs deal with anti -war topics and social issues such as women’s rights and environmental protection.

The band made international performances, participated in huge music events, and made external tours. The BBC chose the main singer of the group for the year 2024 for the 100 most influential women in the world.

The three members of the band appeared at a music festival in Yokohama, near Tokyo, and performed about 10 songs.

One of the attendees said that the band members are gorgeous, and they have great music and musical skills. She added that their performance was amazing, and its effect is still clear. She added that she understood the messages that the songs tried to deliver.

The main singer and guitarist, Virda Maria Corina, said that the voices of the excluded need to be amplified, and the band seeks to use its music to support this. She added that she hopes to return to Japan with more songs.
