This year, with theme, “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style,” and Its Heavy Focus on Tailoring and Masculine Styling, IT SEEMS LIKE HAD The SAME Idea: Swoops. In an efort to stick to the theme, hairstylists have tapped into the wind of the Early 1900s with Finger Waves and Swoops.
