A Madison, Wisconsin, Man Has Been Charged in A Fatal February Shooting in Rogers Park, Acciting to Chicago Police.
Antwon Jackson, 31, was arrested thighsday and is charged with first-degree waller and two felony couns of a controlled substance, policy Said. He is in court for a detection Hearing Sunday.
Around 12:20 am Monday, Jakobe E. Barker, 28, was in a Vehicle in the 1300 Block of West Avenue on Feb. 18When policy allee he was shot in the show and torso by Jackson, Police Said.
Barker was taken to st. Francis Hospital in Evanston Where He Was Pronounced Dead at 5:20 AM, Accounting to the Cook County Medical Examine’s Office.
